A Child

As a Child

We must be like a child to enter the Kingdom of Heaven.

What does that mean?

A little child is innocent and humble, not filled with pride.

A little child does not understand any meaning of wealth, boasting and ego.

We must be converted as a child.

Proverbs 4;20-22
20 My child, pay attention to my words;
listen attentively to my sayings.
21
Do not let them depart from your sight,
guard them within your heart;
22
for they are life to those who find them
and healing to one’s entire body.
23
Guard your heart with all vigilance, for from it are the sources of life.

Mark 10;15
15 “ Truly I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child will not enter it at all.”

Matthew 18;3-4
and said, “Truly I say to you, unless you are converted and become like children, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven. Whoever then humbles himself as this child, he is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

Matthew 19;14
But Jesus said, “Let the children alone, and do not hinder them from coming to Me; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”

1 Corinthians 4;17
For this reason I have sent to you Timothy, who is my beloved and faithful child in the Lord, and he will remind you of my ways which are in Christ, just as I teach everywhere in every church.

Ephesians 5;8
for you were formerly darkness, but now you are Light in the Lord; walk as children of Light.

Philippians 2;15
so that you will prove yourselves to be blameless and innocent, children of God above reproach in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you appear as lights in the world.

1 Peter 1;14
As obedient children, do not be conformed to the former lusts which were yours in your ignorance.

1 John 2;18
Children, it is the last hour; and just as you heard that antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have appeared; from this we know that it is the last hour.

1 John 3;2
Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not appeared as yet what we will be. We know that when
He appears, we will be like Him, because we will see Him just as He is.
