Prophetic rationalization and imagination.
There
is prophecy and there is a prophets imagination.
There
are literally hundreds of Bible versions and commentaries written for a variety
of reasons but mainly by mans personal views and understanding for recognition.
We must be given wisdom and understanding about the scriptures by the Holy Spirit only, not by ours or other men’s reasoning, logic, or imagination.
How is this done;
By being baptized with the Holy Spirit and praying for wisdom and guidance each and every time before we study the Word.
In addition, rebuking the enemy before hand.
The best commentary is the Bible
itself.
2 Peter 1;20-21
20 But know this first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture is a matter of one’s own interpretation, 21 for no prophecy was ever made by an act of human will, but men moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God.
Colossians
1;9-14
9 For
this reason we also, from the day we heard about you, have not ceased praying
for you and asking God to fill you with the knowledge of his will in all
spiritual wisdom and understanding, 10 so that you may live worthily of the Lord
and please him in all respects—bearing fruit in every good deed, growing in the
knowledge of God, 11 being strengthened with all power according to
his glorious might for the display of all patience and steadfastness, joyfully 12 giving
thanks to the Father who has qualified you to share in the saints’ inheritance
in the light. 13 He delivered us from the power of darkness and
transferred us to the kingdom of the Son he loves, 14 in whom we
have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.

Timothy 1;3-7
3 As
I urged you when I was leaving for Macedonia, stay on in Ephesus to instruct
certain people not to spread false teachings, 4 nor to occupy themselves
with myths and interminable genealogies. Such things promote useless
speculations rather than God’s redemptive plan that operates by faith.
5 But the aim of our instruction is love that comes from a pure heart, a
good conscience, and a sincere faith. 6 Some have strayed from these and
turned away to empty discussion. 7 They want to be teachers of the law,
but they do not understand what they are saying or the things they insist on so
confidently.
1 Timothy 4;1-5
Timothy’s
Ministry in the Later Times
1
Now the Spirit explicitly says that in the later times some will desert the
faith and occupy themselves with deceiving spirits and demonic teachings, 2 influenced by the
hypocrisy of liars whose consciences are seared. 3 They will prohibit
marriage and require abstinence from foods that God created to be received with
thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth. 4 For every creation
of God is good and no food is to be rejected if it is received with
thanksgiving. 5 For it is sanctified by God’s word and by prayer.
