What is fear?
Why do we fear?

Fear
an unpleasant often strong emotion caused by anticipation or awareness of danger.a state marked by this emotion.profound reverence and awe especially toward God.
reason for alarm.
Worry
to feel or experience concern or anxiety.



Fear and worry are emotions that God instilled in us.

What are we suppose to fear?
We are to fear God, not the world.

The beginning of wisdom is the fear of the Lord.

The Word says, we are to fear God not the world. People led by the world do not fear God, they fear man.

We are to fear only the Lord our God.





Genesis 42;18
Now Joseph said to them on the third day, “Do this and live, for I fear God.”

Deuteronomy 3;22
“Do not fear them, for the Lord your God is the one fighting for you.”

Psalm 33;8
Let all the earth fear the Lord; Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him.
