Fools

Fools

According to God a fool is someone who doesn't believe in God or believes there is a God but is not as a Christian and is therefore led by the world.

In the Bible a "fool" refers to someone that disregards God and His words. A fool doesn’t listen to or believe in God.

A "fool" referenced in the Bible mocks God.

Psalm 14;1

In the scriptures many times
a "fool "is mentioned. The scriptures say "fools" hate, lie, mocks, and slander others.

There is a great difference between being a fool and doing foolish things.
We all do foolish things at times, but we don’t repeat them, we learn from our mistakes.

A fool does not learn from his mistakes, so he repeatedly makes them.
A fool does foolish things habitually, continually without reasoning or rationalization.

Proverbs 10;18
18 Whoever conceals hatred with lying lips and spreads slander is a fool.

As Christians we are never to call someone a fool;
Matthew 5;22
22 But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother shall be guilty before the court; and whoever says to his brother, ‘You good-for-nothing,’ shall be guilty before the supreme court; and whoever says, ‘You fool,’ shall be guilty enough to go into the fiery hell.

We should not associate with fools;
Psalm 14;7
Leave the presence of a fool,
Or you will not discern words of knowledge.

Fools fear the world not God.

Christians fear God not the world.
