Rescue Me

Rescue Me

Dear Lord, I come to you in Jesus name, thank you for everything you do and have done.
Thank you for opening my eyes and ears and rescuing me.
Teach me, discipline me, give me wisdom and understanding from the Holy Spirit so I may comprehend the Word correctly and not lean on my own understanding.
Help me to be humble and not criticize others for I have no right.
Give me a shield of armor of protection to fight off the tools of the enemy; doubt, pride, hate, unforgiveness, and other sins, because he is at my door.
Amen

When we love the Lord and acknowledge Him He protects and rescues us.

Dictionary
to free from confinement, danger, or evil, save, deliver.
______

What is Gods life preserver?

When we are sinking will God throw us a life preserver?

When we are drowning in quicksand will God reach down and pull us up?

Why does God want to rescue us?

Can He forgive us and rescue us from anything?

When we are guided by the world and it’s sin can he pull us out and away?

Do we want to be given a free gift of eternal life or do we want to live a short worldly life on earth?
