Arguing can lead to physical altercations.


Is there a difference between arguing and disagreeing?


In a court of law, we have Judges that are called referees, at times they break up opposing statements.

 

We cannot argue, disagree with, or blame God.

Isaiah 45;9
[ The Lord Gives a Warning ] "One who argues with his Creator is in grave danger, one who is like a mere shard among the other shards on the ground! The clay should not say to the potter, “What in the world are you doing? Your work lacks skill!”



Isaiah 50;8
The one who vindicates me is close by. Who dares to argue with me? Let us confront each other. Who is my accuser? Let him challenge me.


Revelation 22;18-19

James 4 
[ Submit Yourselves to God ] What causes fights and quarrels among you? Don’t they come from your desires that battle within you? You desire but do not have, so you kill. You covet but you cannot get what you want, so you quarrel and fight. You do not have because you do not ask God. When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures.



Judges 18;25
The Danites answered, “Don’t argue with us, or some of the men may get angry and attack you, and you and your family will lose your lives.”


1 Kings 3;22
The other woman said, “No! The living one is my son; the dead one is yours.” But the first one insisted, “No! The dead one is yours; the living one is mine.” And so they argued before the king.



Job 9;14
