How blessed are we to have Jesus in our hearts?
We take refuge under His wings, His faithfulness is our shield and wall.

and all its glory like the flower of the grass;
the grass withers and the flower falls off,

God created all the precepts, exhortations, characters and stories in the Bible.©
There is something called "dual fulfillment" throughout the scriptures
The great infinite wisdom of the Lord our God who created the Bible.
God designed many of the great scriptures to have double fulfillment and dual meaning. Of course the scriptures were written for the times back then and up to and including our current days.In addition, there are many scriptures that are repeated in the Bible because repetition is the key to retention.

PaulGalatians 1;11-12
20 But know this first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture is a matter of one’s own interpretation,
21 for no prophecy was ever made by an act of human will,
but men moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God.
2 Timothy 3;16-17
16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17 so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
1 Corinthians 2;1-5
Paul’s Reliance upon the Spirit
1 And when I came to you, brethren, I did not come with superiority of speech or of wisdom, proclaiming to you the testimony of God. 2 For I determined to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified. 3 I was with you in weakness and in fear and in much trembling, 4 and my message and my preaching were not in persuasive words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, 5 so that your faith would not rest on the wisdom of men, but on the power of God.
God created the characters, precepts, stories, exhortations, and regulations in the Bible as examples for us to learn by and adhere to.
The scriptures say we must grow in sanctification and righteousness as Christians in our life here on earth.
